Will Uncle Ben lift the market with QE3 ?

one more hour to go Uncle Ben will release FOMC meeting minutes, whole world are waiting for QE3 release ... my personal view unlikely QE3 will be release, seeing Europe ECB has tried best to handle Europe issues and hot money flow back to US market, recent earning has been good , US company are making money...i will add more PUT spread once market tumble.
